What is the 12 Month Transformation Program?
The 12 Month Transformation Program is a body of knowledge that will allow you to develop a holistic approach toward improving your physical and mental health.
The program provides you with everything you need to know to improve your physical health through strength training, conditioning, mobility work and some Qi Gong.
In addition, it provides you with a base of knowledge to help you deal with stress and anxiety through meditation.

Who Am I?
My name is Scott Cole. I’m married with three adult daughters to my first wife, and three adult stepchildren to my second wife.
I will turn 59 years old in May 2025.
I am NOT a kung fu master, personal trainer, or psychologist.
I’m just a normal businessman with a background as a high school and college athlete, casual martial artist, and someone who continues to study to learn more about improving my own physical and mental health.
I believe the knowledge I have gained through the years can be quite beneficial toward dealing with many of society’s ills.
With all that said, I consider myself to be a curator of information that will help anyone get healthy and strong, both mentally and physically.
The 12 Month Transformation Program puts together the best of all of the knowledge I’ve gained through traditional martial arts training, training as an athlete, and training as a middle-aged man.
Like many of you reading this, at one time, I was not in the best of shape.
While I’ve always exercised in one form or another, I wasn’t always consistent with my training, and I didn’t pay enough attention to my diet.
A few years ago, I read a book that changed my life… The Barbell Prescription by Dr. Jonathon Sullivan and Andy Baker.
While I had trained with barbells off and on since I was a kid, I never engaged in an actual training program.
Once I started training properly with purpose and paying closer attention to my diet, I achieved great results.
I am now stronger than I’ve been in my life, and I was able to shed about 25 pounds of fat.
Given my life experiences, I thought I had quite a bit to offer.
Also, since I am no spring chicken, and have never been a personal trainer, I felt like I could better empathize with people who’ve been in my shoes.
Thus, I decided to help other people achieve their full potential and achieve their fitness goals.
A Holistic Wellness Program
The 12 Month Transformation Program is a complete and holistic wellness program to help you improve your physical fitness and mental well-being.

The core of the program revolves around strength training.
I believe that strength training with barbells is the best exercise medicine you can find.
The strength training portion of this program will provide you with the knowledge you need to gain considerable strength over a six month period, and then how to proceed from there depending upon your long term goals.

The program also provides you with a knowledge base for improving your conditioning and cardiovascular health through various cardio training regimens.

Everyone has stress in their lives, from work, relationships and perhaps issues in the community.
Therefore, I’ve provided some information to get started with meditation to help reduce any stress you may have.
This is complemented with a Qi Gong exercise that you will not find anywhere else to help improve your lung health and improve your cardiovascular fitness.
