Custom Fitness Plans

One way to help you meet your fitness goals is with a customized plan tailored specifically to fit your needs and schedule.

I will provide you with a customized, written plan that you can follow over the next six months.

The plan will include…

  • Specific workouts based on your schedule and the equipment you have available
  • Diet and nutrition guidelines based upon your fitness goals and preferences
  • How many sets and reps to perform and when to increase the weight for the strength exercises
  • For any cardio training, you will know how long to train and at what intensity level
  • You’ll have full email support for six months

Once you get through this plan, if you have new goals, we can put together a new fitness plan to help you achieve those new goals, or you can stick with the existing plan.

Your investment in a Custom Fitness Plan is $997.

Fill out the questionnaire as accurately as possible, and email to me at Scott@scottallancole.com.

Once received, I will acknowledge receipt and will deliver your completed plan within 3 business days (unless I am on vacation, which I will let you know).

As indicated above, you will receive full email support for six months.  I typically respond within 24 hours.

Online Strength and Fitness Coaching

If you are looking for a more active coaching solution, rather than just a custom plan, my Online Strength and Fitness Coaching is the perfect solution.

When you click on the Get Started link below, you’ll be re-directed to the Turnkey Coach platform where you will get set up for the fitness training.

Tutorials will help you navigate the platform.  You’ll also learn how to upload videos, leave comments about your workouts and send emails.

In the meantime, we’ll set up a Zoom call to discuss your goals, training history, current lifestyle, past injuries and equipment you have available.

We’ll then discuss what type of program will be developed to help you achieve your goals.

For a limited number of clients, One-to-One Online Strength and Fitness Coaching is available for $225 per month.

There is no time commitment.  You can cancel your coaching program at any time.
