Private Coaching

Over time, I’ve come to realize that not everyone is capable of driving themselves to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Because I started participating in sports at a young age, had some success as an athlete, and then trained in martial arts, it’s been a bit easier for me to stick with a plan.

I’ve had coaches and instructors push me to my limits so that I could improve my performance, whether it was in the pool as a swimmer, making a change to my golf swing, or going through a test to achieve my next rank in kung fu.

As a result, I am better equipped than most to achieve my own fitness goals, since I’ve been pushed hard by these coaches and instructors.

If you haven’t had that experience, or it’s been a long time, it can be far more difficult to stick to a program and push yourself.

Life loves to throw as curveballs and provide us with excuses to skip a workout, or eat a bad meal, even if we know it will set us back.

Many people also have no idea where to even start.

This is another huge issue… most people just don’t know where to start when they are ready to tackle their fitness issues.

They don’t know the best exercises for building muscle, how much weight they should lift, whether or not to focus on cardio exercise, and how to adjust their diet.

Quite honestly, given the preponderance of information available, this is no surprise.

Private coaching can provide the guidance you need to train with appropriate programming, and the accountability you need to stick with it!

Who I work best with

I am best able to work with people who don’t have major physical issues and want to make significant improvements to their overall fitness.

I also specialize in working with golfers who want to improve their ability on the golf course through improved strength and fitness.

Lastly, I work best with people who are open minded and have access to a gym or have appropriate equipment at home.

The minimum equipment requirement is as follows:

  • A set of dumbbells up to 50 pounds, or adjustable dumbbells up to 50 pounds.
  • A weight bench
  • A pull up bar
  • Resistance bands

Keep in mind, this is the bare minimum.  Preferably, you have access to barbells, a power rack and cardio equipment.

Your Investment

It is impossible for most people to make significant changes in just a couple months.

Therefore, I require a six month commitment to work with me to achieve your goals.

Here’s what this entails…

  • Initial consultation to determine your current situation and lifestyle, overall needs and goals and equipment availability.
  • Weekly workout program, that is then adjusted each week based on the prior week’s performance
  • Weekly email review of your training
  • Monthly coaching call to discuss your performance and adjustments to your training in the coming weeks

Your investment for a six month commitment is $1,997.  To get started, click on the Training Questionnaire link below, then click on the Paypal button to the right to get started.

I’ll be in touch within 24 hours to set up our initial call.
