It’s been a dozen years since I trained in Kung Fu, but I kept in touch with most of the important elements I trained.

One that has to mind more often recently was a breathing exercise designed to help us improve our lung capacity and overall lung health.

This year has been all about Covid-19, and we know how it can devastate the lungs.

With that in mind, I thought I would share section one of this breathing exercise for anyone interested in taking a step toward better dealing with Covid-19, and improving their overall health.
