Virtually every Democrat, and some anti-Trump Republicans, always argued that the main reason Trump was elected was racism.

This is because, even though Trump was running against a woman by the name of Hillary Clinton, Trump was elected by a bunch of racists as a backlash against Barack Obama.

This is in spite of the fact that Obama served two terms, and at the beginning of his first term, he had a 70% approval rating.

Within 24 hours of Biden’s inauguration, we all now can say that line of thinking was absolute BS.

The reason Donald Trump was elected president was because the Democrats and DC establishment were completely out of touch with middle America.

The two best examples are among the executive orders Biden signed on Wednesday.

Revocation of Keystone XL Pipeline permit

One of Biden’s first orders of business was the revocation of the Keystone XL Pipeline permit.

Keystone XL is an expansion of an existing pipeline that carries Canadian oil into the U.S, as far south as Texas.  The line would extend 1,700 miles from Alberta Candada to the Gulf Coast.

It is only partially completed, and the project involves over 10,000 workers.

Those jobs are now gone.

During his Senate Confirmation hearing on Thursday, Labor Secretary nominee Pete Buttigieg was asked by Senator Ted Cruz of Texas about those workers now losing their jobs immediately.

His response?  “They’ll have to find other jobs.”

This is the arrogance of the virtue signaling left when it comes to the American worker.

Not to mention, many of these are union jobs, yet once again, major labor unions backed the Democrats during the 2020 election.  You can’t fix stupid.

Revoke Federal Funding from schools that don’t allow transgender athletes to compete against girls

In another executive order that reeks of virtue signaling, Biden signaled that schools who do not allow transgender athletes to compete against girls and women will not receive Federal funding.

This is from the “party of science” and feminism, that suggests there is no inherent advantage for biological males to compete against females.

Over and over we have seen examples of transgender athletes destroying their female competition in sports such as cycling and track and field.

But, would Biden be ok with a transgender athlete competing in MMA against females?

What do you think would happen if Conor McGregor were allowed to compete against Ronda Rousey?  Does anyone think that would be a fair fight?

And, what would the chances be that with one punch, McGregor kills Rousey?

Ignoring the fact that biological males have a huge physical advantage over their female counterparts is simply idiocy.

These two issues highlight why Trump was elected.

It was clear that people were fed up with the DC establishment and coastal elites making dreadful policy decisions to appease a small percentage of people, while making their own lives more difficult.

Treatment of the troops

In response to the January 6 breach of the Capitol, 25,000 National Guard troops were called into DC to be sure no riots occurred on inauguration day.

Given the number of troops, they’ve been relaxing and sleeping in federal buildings when not out on patrol.

But, yesterday, at least 5,000 of these troops were kicked out and forced into an unheated public garage.

Remember during the campaign how the media portrayed Trump as anti-military (we all knew that was BS) while glossing over Biden’s own treatment of the troops over the years?

Biden is everything we knew he was

This is exactly the person we knew Joe Biden was.  How could we not know?  He’s been in DC for nearly 50 years.  He has an abysmal track record that everyone can see.

The man was literally forced out of the 1988 presidential primary for lying about his resume.

He is widely known in DC and Wilmington for groping women.

He was credibly accused of sexual assault.

His own Vice President said she believed the accusers of Biden’s sexual indiscretions during the Democratic primary campaign.

He is on tape bragging about withholding $1 billion in aid to Ukraine if the country did not fire a prosecutor who was investigating the company on whose board his son Hunter sat (earning over $80,000 per month for his position).

He has always been an apologist for China, where Hunter also has conducted substantial business.

Yet, here we are.  The media did well to suppress all of this information during the campaign, but it was not hard to find.

Well, the hatred for Trump was apparently enough to overcome these deep flaws.

We get what we vote for.

Expect very little out of this administration that will be of positive benefit to Middle America.
